Pace will beat any bonafide price on any new, identically equipped car, truck, or van in stock or pay you $1000.00 in cash.
Pace will pay you $1000.00 in cash if we can't beat any dealer's price. Vehicle must be out of stock as evidenced by a buyer's order signed by management of competitive dealer. This pledge shall be effective only upon presentation of the buyer's order to us and only after we have had an opportunity to make a counter offer below the competitor's price. You are entitled to $1000.00 cash only if Pace is unable to sell for less and only upon proof of purchase of that identically equipped vehicle at the price stated on the buyer's order.
